A Gift Certificate is the perfect gift when you just can't decide for a friend, someone special, family member, or a relative.
Simply select some denominations and get a gift certicate for that amount. There is no expiry of the certificates we issue.
It can be redeemed and used for any item in the store.

| Lay Away
Layaway, is a way to purchase an item without paying the entire cost at once.
However, rather than taking the item home and then repaying the debt on a regular schedule,
as in most installment plans or hire purchases,
the layaway customer does not receive the item until it is completely paid for.
So, we give an option to our customers to order any item (even the one which we may be out of stock) by keeping the layaway. That item will not be sold to any one and will be put on hold for you until the full amount is paid.

| Name Printing
You can have your name, title and or organizationis name or logo embroidered on our custom lab coats in any color you want. Monograms are available in script or block lettering.

| Store Credits
It is possible that you may be entitled to a store credit for one of several reasons (for example, you purchased any item but the size was not appropriate, and when you come for an exchange, we are out of stock on a given product.) You can get a store credit of that amount issued, which will automatically be applied to your next order. No action on your part will be needed.

| Convinient Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase return for a EXCHANGE*. All exchanges must be made within 2 weeks from the time of your purchase with the reciept. Items must be in original packaging and not worn, laundered, soiled, altered, damaged, labeled or personalized.

*Please note exceptions to the return policy: - Personalized items (embroidered/imprinted/engraved) are NON-RETURNABLE - Clearance Items are NON-RETURNABLE - FOOTWEAR - If you are unsure you want to keep your footwear, please do not wear them outside. Please test footwear at home on carpeted surfaces to preserve the new sole. Avoid wearing new footwear for prolonged periods until you're sure the fit is correct. |
